In a bid to entertain the Nigerian youths in a positive manner, Bubbles magazine as an entertainment outfit started out in the winter of 1992. At the initial stage the magazine started out as a Cartoon Magazine and it comprised comic sketches and lyrics to contemporary songs (and Rap). It was all about keeping it real in the entertainment sphere, pure and simple. That aspect of the magazine was on the newsstands until 1996. In 2004, the cards were reshuffled and Bubbles Magazine, the entertainment and edutainment journal (proudly Nigerian), that gives detailed analyses of the Nigerian entertainment industry: a result of hard work and thoroughly researched stories was born.
Bubbles Magazine’s target is the youthful market (ages 18 and above), youthful audience driven by the power of music, movies, fashion and glitterati. As one of the topical entertainment journals in the country, it remains the most consistent and relevant. Bubbles Magazine’s Television adverts are aired on Soundcity and Global Sounds and in a few weeks, it will be premiered on MTV Base.
Bubbles Magazine covers all corporate events such as Sales promotions, Launch and Re-launch of products or Press conference to launch new Television commercials. Bubbles Magazine has also played a huge role in series of campus related events all over Nigeria. And, it’s also been to several events organized outside the shores of Nigeria.
